What Happens at Your Emergency Visit
Call & Book
Call us on 020 7183 0527 and describe your symptoms. We will arrange a same-day or next-day appointment at our South Kensington or City of London clinic.
Registration & Medical History
If you are a new patient, you will complete a brief medical history form. Existing patients are seen straight away. Arrive 5 minutes early to allow time.
Clinical Examination
Your dentist performs a thorough examination of the affected area, including the teeth, gums, jaw joint and soft tissues, checking for signs of infection, fracture or decay.
Digital X-Rays
Where clinically necessary, intraoral X-rays are taken to reveal the full picture — including issues below the gum line, root infections and bone loss.
Diagnosis & Discussion
Your dentist explains the diagnosis clearly using X-ray images on screen. All treatment options are discussed along with transparent pricing and timescales.
Same-Day Treatment
Where possible, immediate treatment is provided — such as a temporary filling, prescription, abscess drainage or stabilisation. Follow-up is booked if further treatment is needed.
