Invisible braces are clear, removable aligners that straighten your teeth without the need for visible metal brackets or wires. At Dental Clinic London, we help teens and adults achieve their perfect smile using custom-made clear aligner treatment — bespoke treatment plans that shift your teeth gently to their desired positions whilst providing a digital preview of your final results.
Each set of aligners is fabricated from a precise 3D digital scan of your teeth. You wear each set for 1–2 weeks, gradually moving your teeth into alignment. Aligners are worn for 22 hours per day, removed only for eating and oral hygiene. Treatment is comfortable, discreet and — for most patients — significantly faster than traditional metal braces.
Our Pro Aligners brand offers three treatment tiers: Easy Align (up to 4 months, from £1,000*) for mild adjustments, Smart Align (up to 17 months, from £2,000*) for complex corrections, and Ultimate Align (up to 20+ months, from £2,990*) for comprehensive cases. All plans include unlimited refinements, 3D digital scanning and home teeth whitening gels.
All treatment is supervised by GDC-registered dentists at our CQC-regulated South Kensington clinic. We never use mail-order or DIY aligners. 0% finance is available on all plans, subject to status.

Treatment with clear aligners typically takes 4–20 months depending on complexity — compared to 18–24 months for traditional metal braces. Mild cases can be completed in as little as 4 months with our Easy Align plan.
Your Journey
Visit our South Kensington clinic for a free, no-obligation consultation. Your dentist will discuss your goals, assess your oral health and take a 3D digital scan of your teeth. We then confirm whether you are a suitable candidate for invisible braces and present a personalised treatment plan with transparent pricing.
Using the 3D scan, we create an accurate digital model of your smile, showing what it will look like at every stage of treatment. Once you are satisfied with the predicted results, we create your custom set of aligners.
Wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking (anything other than water) and brushing your teeth. Switch to a new set of aligners every 1–2 weeks, with regular progress checks with your dentist.
After completing your main aligner sequence, we assess your results and may prescribe additional refinement aligners to ensure your teeth are in exactly the right position. This stage fine-tunes your smile for the best possible outcome.
The final stage is about protecting your investment. Without retainers, teeth will gradually shift back. We recommend fixed retainers (bonded wire — invisible) or removable retainers worn at night. Our Smart and Ultimate plans include two sets of free retainers.
