Precision Impressions
Detailed impressions of your upper and lower jaws are taken using high-quality impression materials. These are sent to the Valplast-certified dental laboratory to fabricate your custom denture.
Shade & Design Selection
We select the exact tooth shade and gum colour to match your natural teeth and tissue. The laboratory uses these specifications to create a denture that blends seamlessly with your smile.
Wax Try-In (If Required)
For more complex cases, a wax trial denture is made so you can preview the design before the final nylon denture is produced. Tooth position, shape and colour are confirmed at this stage.
Final Fitting
